My aim for this project is to boost brand awareness through a targeted social media campaign, fostering engagement and excitement with a blend of curated and user-generated content. Key objectives include achieving a 20% uptick in social media engagement, tracked through metrics like likes, comments, shares, and subscribers, alongside a 40% surge in website traffic, measured by KPIs such as email sign-ups and click-through rates. The campaign seeks to sell out the initial stock of T-shirts between May and July and organise a successful beach clean event in Kenfig Nature Reserve. By nurturing a sense of community among environmentally-conscious individuals in Wales, particularly targeting 25-35-year-olds who relish outdoor activities, the launch on May 8th, 2024, coincides with peak outdoor leisure season, enabling BuoyBoy to extend its influence and connection within the target demographic.
